Would you like to watch World Cup on your mobile phone?

The introduction of 3G technology can make this possible. The only thing left is for mobile operators to tie up with broadcasting networks, secure whatever license they need to broadcast these games, and promote it heavily to their subscribers.

Mobile TV is not yet in the mainstream mobile applications although there are countries that are already doing this. The only requirement for it to be feasible is if people would actually use it. With World Cup, I think mobile TV could be a winner.

There are a lot of world cup fanatics, specially in Europe, and believe me, they would do anything to watch world cup. Some people would need to be in their offices, some have  meetings, and what not, but with mobile TV, they could watch practically anywhere as long as they have a signal.
