In 9 Years, That’s 500 Mobile Phones

Zhang Yi is 24 years old. And for the past 9 years that he has been a mobile phone user, he has gone through 500 mobile phones.

Zhang is a Chinese student and he states that he is still looking for the right mobile phone that would suit his needs and his wants. He emphasizes on this by saying, “I still haven’t been able to find one that really suits me.â€?

This student did further disclose that he once held on to a mobile phone for as long as six months. But there was this one time when he decided that he did not want the mobile phone after using it for just 12 hours.

The very first mobile phone that he owned was a gift from his father back in the year 1998. On that one, Zhang remembers, “The phone had limited functions. To me it was only a pager and I got rid of it in less than two months.�
