Hipi-2200: Switch from VoIP to Cell seamlessly

Paragon Wireless’ new Hipi-200 offers the first dual mode smartphone that can effortlessly switch from standard cellphone networks to SIP-based VoIP function via a WiFi connection made possible through the VoWLAN/GSM technology.

Powered by Windows Mobile 5.0, the hipi-2200 is positioned as the sole dual-mode Windows Mobile smartphone in the market that supports SIP. With a sleek and slim design and a keypad reminiscent of the Motorola RAZR’s, the hipi-2200 simply is very attractive and will look perfectly at home either on your office desktop or on your hand while on the field.

Other features of this quad-band smartphone include a 2-megapixel camera, a 1.9? 176×220 pixel LCD, and an expansion slot for microSD cards. The smartphone is powered by a Li-Ion 1100 mAh battery offering up to 4 hours of talk time and 200 hours standby with both the GDM and WiFi working.
